| Admissions are held in open court at approximately 9:00 a.m. every
Wednesday. Applicants should file their petition with the clerk's office before 8:45 a.m.
on the day of admission and should make arrangements to be presented by a member of the
Bar of this Court. An admission fee of $150.00 is payable at the time of admission.
If personal appearance would present a hardship or you reside outside the
boundaries of this district you may be admitted to practice without a
personal appearance upon written request and for good cause shown.

Pursuant
to the Rules of Disciplinary Enforcement, members of the Bar of this Court are also
required to file a registration statement and to pay an annual fee of $5.00. This
registration fee is to be paid triennially in the amount of $15.00. However, an attorney first admitted in the second or third year of any triennial
period shall be required to make proportionate payment only for those years of such period
in which the attorney's membership in the Bar is effective. (An attorney admitted during
calendar year 2009 is to pay $10.00 and $5.00 if admitted during calendar
year 2010.)
Checks should be made payable to Clerk, U.S. District Court. The statement is to be
filed and both fees are to be paid at the time of admission.
