(Public Access to Court Electronic Records)

PACER is a dial-in service that allows you to receive electronic case summaries and docket information using your computer.  You can search for a case by participant name or case number. Once you find the case you want, you can have the case and docket information transmitted to you, ready to print on your own printer. PACER is updated hourly, so the information is as current as possible. To access PACER you will need a computer, a modem, and terminal emulation software. The PACER Service Center will provide specific directions and assistance.

Based on your connection time, the cost of the service is $0.60 per minute which will be billed by the PACER billing Center in San Antonio, Texas.
