(Public Access to Court Electronic Records via the Web)

Web PACER is a web-based service that allows you to access electronic case summaries, docket information and case documents for viewing or printing using your computer.  You can search for a case by participant name or case number. The Information in Web PACER is updated every 2 hours, so the information is as current as possible. To access Web PACER you will need a computer, access to the Internet* and a valid PACER login and password. The PACER Service Center will provide specific directions and assistance for obtaining this account. (See Contact information listed below if  you don't have one.)

Web PACER is available at all times except for brief maintenance periods usually occurring on Friday or Saturday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. 

An access fee of $.07 per page, defined as 56 lines, will be assessed for access to Web PACER service on the Internet.  The total charge for any single document will not exceed the fee for 30 pages ($2.10).  This fee only applies to case documents.  The cost is displayed before you are charged.  Billing will be handled by the PACER billing Center in San Antonio, Texas and questions concerning charges should be directed to this center.
