LOCAL CIVIL RULE 83.1 - NATURALIZATION

LR83.1E&M Naturalization

The district court administers the Oath of Allegiance to applicants for naturalization. [Amended May 18, 2004, June 26, 2004]

LR83.1W Naturalization

All petitions for naturalization and matters pertaining to them shall be heard and tried as directed by the court.
