A status conference shall be held on this date in the Courtroom of
Judge Eldon E. Fallon to further discuss the method for future
proceedings with opt-outs plaintiffs, including selecting trial dates.
The Court will address the course of future proceeding with other
plaintiffs in related cases at a later date.
