Instructions:
Query
allows you to view information about a case. You can get to that information
by case number, party's or attorney's name, filed date, last entry
date, or by nature of suit.
In the actual CM/ECF system when accessing
"Query" or "Reports" you will be prompted for your "Pacer
Login". To obtain a Pacer account, visit the Pacer Service Center's
web site at pacer.psc.uscourts.gov
or call 1-800-676-6856.
In this example, you know the case number so, in the Case Number text box, TYPE 00-00203.
CLICK on the Run Query button to continue.
