| January to March 2005 | Attorneys register for and consent to receive notices by
e-mail |
| March 2005 | Phase I - The clerk's office dockets and manages documents in
the new system and attorneys and the court continue to file documents the traditional way,
that is, on paper. Notice of each document filed in a case is sent by e-mail to attorneys
of record in the case who have consented to receive notice this way. |
| Summer 2005 | Phase II - Orders issued by the court are filed
electronically. |
| Spring 2006 | Phase III - Electronic filing is
fully implemented.
Training classes for attorneys and their staffs are conducted in the courthouse.
Additional training at outside locations is provided as needed. Attorneys begin filing documents electronically, as directed by the court. |
