To obtain an e-filing account for the Eastern District of Louisiana, attorneys must complete this form and return it to the Clerk's Office. While training is not required to obtain a CM/ECF login and password, training is available by attending a training class at the courthouse or completing the online tutorial.   Classroom Training This class is periodically held at the courthouse and qualifies for two hours of Louisiana CLE credit for members of the LA State Bar and is provided at no charge. Support staff may sign up for the class as well. On-line Tutorial The on-line tutorial does not qualify for Louisiana CLE credit.
