This form shall be used by attorneys without an ECF login to update their previously submitted information to receive notice via e-mail of orders, judgments and all other documents filed in cases in which they appear as the trial attorney. As of 04/12/2006, attorneys wishing to consent to receive e-mail notices must register for e-filing and attend e-filing training. Register for e-filing here.
