On this date, the Court granted the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee’s motion to strike a declaration made by Professor Donald Clarke’s in Defendant’s reply to Plaintiffs’ memorandum in opposition to Defendant’s motion to dismiss the Abner complaint.
