preliminary approval of the
Proposed Consent
Judgment and scheduling a fairness hearing for
Monday, April 1, 2013, at 8:30 a.m. to consider final approval. The
Court approved the revised publication
Notice, which includes
information on how class members and other members of the public may
comment on the
Proposed Consent
Judgment. The Court noted
typographical errors that will be corrected if and when the
Proposed Consent
Judgment becomes final.
