Payment Methods

Cash

Cash is an accepted form of payment at our court. Exact change is required as no change funds are kept on hand at the court.

Cashier's Checks, Business Checks, Personal Checks and Money Orders

Cashier's checks, business checks, personal checks and money orders are accepted forms of payment for all transactions (except criminal bonds - personal checks will not be accepted). For criminal debt please include all relevant information on the check, including the case number.

Checks that are returned from the bank are subject to an NSF fee (see Fee Schedule). The court reserves the right to refuse future checks from these individuals or businesses.

All negotiable instruments should be made payable to "Clerk, U.S. District Court".

Credit and Debit Cards

Our court accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express and will be accepted for all fee payments except restitution. Debit cards will not be accepted for restitution payments after June 1, 2023.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express cards linked to Apple Pay and Google Pay will be accepted for all fee payments except restitution. Debit cards linked to Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted for restitution when the payment is made in person.
