Pursuant to a vote of the court en banc; United States Magistrate Judge Karen Wells Roby is hereby designated Chief Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Louisiana for a term of four (4) years. Magistrate Judge Roby is directed to meet with her colleagues on a regular basis and to act as a liaison between the magistrate judges and the court.
